When you purchase a new curtain, you should buy the most suitable rod that fits with it as well. This rod must come with its own brackets. The installation of ceilings brackets just needs a screwdriver. Your aim here will be fixing the oval plate inline or at right angles to the tee arm to suit fixing or preference. Keep in mind that brackets will support the load of curtains and rods, then try to fix screws of oval plates as maximum.
3 brackets are usually required for most bays. One in the middle and one at each side. It is not recommended more than 2 meters between brackets. Check the baypoles vertical alignment before finishing the tight fixings. The last step will be assembling the baypole.
Measure accurately the baypoles lengths before making any installation. Leave the exact measure to install the elbows.
Slide the curtain rings onto the pole and fit the baypole. You will need extra assistance for this step, otherwise all you work might goes down.
A little tip could be locating the centre clamp onto the centre bracket tee bar, then you can align holes and fit screws and washers loosely. If you follow the given instructions you will obtain a rigid installation of corner curtain rods.
