Before we decided to paint our walls on stucco we first needed to be examine carefully when we were on the lookout for a new home. Any potential problems could be costly to fix, especially if it is a water drainage problem!
We certainly were looking around for a new home then there are a number of things which we should be looking at. One of these things included the paint and the stucco.
Why Look Out For Paint and Stucco?
When we first went to view a home, one of the first things which you see is the outside of it. However what most people tend to look at and focus on is the color scheme of the place instead of the health of it.
Is it maintained properly?Are there cracks in the walls? With older houses generally there will be some cracks and so people really do need to be aware of them. I have sent a detailed photo of how we applied stucco to the walls, we love the contrast of brick and plaster…..
