Christmas is a perfect time for everyone. You can enhance that joy decorating your house.
You could decorate your entire house inside and out, however it can be easier, or something small like adding ornaments to a table display.

The Christmas Tree as Standard
Christmas trees have been installed into home decorating year after year. As many other ornaments or furniture, Germans were who introduced a tree in their Christmas decorations. 
Currently, almost every house in the world has a tree for Christmas.
But, what´s the best tree to choose? Obviously, a real tree is absolutely beautiful, however it could make a mess of needles on any floor, if it has not been treated before with chemical products.
A good idea for a real tree may be to get one with still roots. The best thing of this option is that, you can keep it alive, and after Christmas be re-planted for the next years to come, this will not make a mess.
The second option is to get a fake tree.
Modern models can look lifelike. But, have clear in mind that you won´t fool anyone, because they are fake or not real it really matters. It´s yet a good choice for most homeowners, because artificial Christmas trees will look lovely every year when you pull it out from the cupboard.
Since candles were used originally to light Christmas trees, it´s proved that was dangerous and then, electric lights are used to light trees on Christmas. These carols are a safer option than candles.
How to decorate a Christmas tree is up to you, but keep it as simple as possible by using the proper balls, stars, tinsel and do not forget to add an angel or a fairy on the top to finish it all off.


Start From The Inside
In order to get a full house decorated for Christmas, you should start from the inside and than go Outside. Fake snow, silver tinsel and coloured paper bring a festive decoration to your home. You can use also snow on the windows, it´s becoming very popular in those areas that don´t get any snow flake on Christmas.
Use holly above all your doors to have mistletoe to get Christmas kisses from your guests, remember that it´s a tradition that can´t be broken!
Try to choose your Christmas decorations like you did with your tree, it must be subtle because Christmas is a festive as well as happy time to enjoy with the family and friends, the perfect time to relax an calm having a nice chat while you eat some sweets. 
Outside
If you around your neighbourhood and look what others are making to decorate their house, you will notice that a wreath of holly on the door is a must.
People used to show this typical ornament. Now, homeowners like to climb up their roofs and add lights flashes, and install loudspeakers to play carols.
Adding fake snow on the windows is great too, but covering the whole house in with a Christmas decoration coveringseems to be not too far. Do what more pleases you, but remember to have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
